A back hand spring is the most common form of gymnastics in cheerleading.

A Back handspring can be incorped into a cheerleading routine several diffrent ways.

The first video shows a simple standing back handspring this is best used in dance or cheer parts of your routine , to help get the crowd involved.

The next two videos display a form of tumbling called a roundoff before the backhandspring. These are best placed into the routine at the tumbling section. With multiple girls tumbling it helps to set up a interesting formation.

When doing a roundoff back handspring , to your abilty you can add as many as you want as long as you feel comfortable and have enough power.
