Portsmouth Naval Shipyard

This project included the design and construction of a new HVAC System for a Shipyard Command Building (No. 86) at the Portsmouth Navla Shipyard. The building is on the National Historic Register and houses the Naval Treaty Room Museum. The design of the HVAC System applies to 120,000 square feet of occupied space that required to remain in operation throughout the process of construction. Significant security restrictions and escort requirements had to be oserved. The project was completed on-schedule and within budget.
